Warehouse On Wheels expands mobile storage rental network


Chicago, Oct. 30, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Warehouse on Wheels (“WOW”), formerly known as American Trailer Rental Group, is a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners (“Wind Point”), and a leading provider of mobile storage solutions pleased to announce the acquisition of Triton Assets Limited (“Triton”), a Toronto, Ontario-based provider of trailer rental solutions for the manufacturing, distribution and entertainment industries.”

The acquisition of Triton represents another step in WOW’s aggressive growth strategy and capabilities to serve customers in the greater Toronto region.

The addition of Triton represents WOW’s twenty-second acquisition, joining eight greenfield expansion sites since partnering with Wind Point.

Triton has been a leading provider of trailer rental and full-service transport solutions for more than 15 years. Triton joins WOW, which specializes in solving business needs across a range of industries by providing storage, transportation and over-the-road trailers.
