If you felt like there wasn’t much excitement around the OnePlus 13 earlier this month, that certainly seems to have changed in recent weeks thanks to a plethora of new leaks that essentially attempted to leave no question unanswered ahead of the phone’s fast-approaching announcement.

The rear-facing cameras may seem completely unchanged at first glance, but if you look closely you’ll no doubt notice that the way they’re connected to the phone’s frame has been overhauled… arguably for the better. The edges are generally sharper and flatter (which also seems like a positive change), and perhaps most noticeably, the rear panel finish switches from matte to textured glass and… leatherette.
All in all, we’re clearly looking at a distinctive Android super-flagship that’s almost guaranteed to take the world’s largest smartphone market by storm very soon, with many more markets to follow… sometime in late 2024 or early 2025.
