Here’s how to complete the main story Easter egg of Black Ops 6 Zombies Liberty Falls

Treyarch listened to community feedback that Liberty Fall’s visuals at CoD Next did not meet expectations and performed a complete overhaul to make it look more like classic Zombies maps with darker lighting and a creepy atmosphere.

Treyarch’s last-second tweaks paid off as players flocked from Multiplayer to Zombies due to “great” reviews.

If you’re heading into Liberty Falls and planning to finally complete that Easter Egg, here’s what you need to know. But hold on tight, there’s a lot to discuss.

Reach the Hilltop Church

To get to Hilltop Church, we recommend that you follow the steps below. It may be a long route, but this will give you access to the Mystery Box along the way:

1. Load into Liberty Falls and Unlock the locked barrier between the ice and the Fast-forward store.
2. Search for Olly’s shop and walk around it, unlocking the gate for you.
3. Go up the stairs and keep going straight, soon after going up two flights of stairs.
4. Go straight until you see a craft bench and then go left past the building. Unlock the front door.
5. Find the front of the church and unlock the main entrance…

Interact with the machine in the church

1. Once inside the church, you can interact with a large machine on the right by pressing Square on PlayStation or X on Xbox
2. You will hear a dialogue indicating that you have interacted with the machine

Buy a ray gun

The Thrustodyne M23 Wonder Weapon, also known as the Jet Gun, can be found in a Mystery Box or make yourself.

Mystery box

The Mystery Box appears randomly and can be purchased for 950 Essence. You’re unlikely to find a Wonder Weapon, so you’ll probably have to open it a few times before you get the Jet Gun. Plus, there’s always the chance that you’ll get a teddy bear, which will change the location of the Mystery Box.

Use the Jet Gun to acquire three LTG device parts

1. Go back to the church and hold the interact button on the machine we mentioned earlier. A hat appears on the balcony above the entrance to the church. Use the ray gun to suck it into the hat.
2. Then head back to Washington Avenue. Look for Buzz’s Cuts barbershop. Jump onto a vehicle and suck in an object from the right window above the barbershop.
3. Afterwards, go to the comic shop at the front of the map and vacuum up an item located in the broken ceiling above the shop counter.

Build the LTG device

Use the zipline over the shops on Washington Avenue to the roof of the Bank and locate the LTG Device workbench on the other side of the zipline.

1. Go to the church and get an Aether Canister from the machine.
2. Carry the canister to the gas station near where you spawned it and place it next to one of the traps on the ground.

1. Place the LTG device on the ground and defend the area from zombies for 60 seconds.
2. An Abomination will appear, and you must capture it with the Aether Canister
3. Weaken the Abomination and finish him off while he is stunned by the trap at the Aether Canister and the canister will capture his essence

Use the Strauss counter

1. Place the Aether Canister back into the machine in the church to get the Strauss Counter.
2. On the hill, in front of the bowling alley, there is a machine in the grass.

1. Use the Strauss Counter for it by holding down the button you normally press for the tactical gear items.
2. Press the interaction button to activate the machine.
3. Make sure the color of the machine matches the Strauss Counter.

Find two other Strauss counters

1. At the top of the street, near the church, is a white house.
2. The second machine is in the backyard.

2. The final machine is located on the roof of the Bank, which is accessible via the zipline.

Use the second Aetherbus

A second Aether Canister will pop out of the ground in the spawn area.

1. Pick up the LTG device from the floor where you left it to capture the Abomination.
2. Place the Aether Canister next to a trap on the street leading to the church.
3. Place the LTG device in a marked location in the cemetery.
4. Defend the area for 60 seconds.
5. Guide the Mangler that spawns to the Aether Canister you placed.
6. Kill the Mangler while he is stunned by the trap and his essence will be released into the Aether Canister
7. Deliver the ether bus into the machine

Get ready for the final battle

After all three canisters are in the machine, you can activate it to begin the final battle. Before you do that, we recommend using the Pack-a-Punch machine to upgrade weapons, the Arsenal to upgrade weapon rarity, purchase upgraded armor, and any perks that might be useful for survival.

Once you are sure, activate the machine. Survive three intense waves of zombies. During this attack, an elite Mangler and an Abomination will appear.

After you defeat every zombie, the Easter egg begins. We won’t spoil what happens next.
