Scarer 3 is the fourth biggest horror film of the year made its way to the weekend box office with $18.3 million and has grossed a total of $45 million. Naturally, that means horror fans will want to dress up as the film’s main antagonist, Art the Clown, for Halloween. A TikTok user shows off his own Art the Clown costume, fails while grilling on the internet: “This isn’t it More frightening this is traumatized.”
The appearance of Art the Clown makes IT‘s Pennywise looks like child’s play. Looking at the creepy clown horror movie The opponent’s blood-curdling grin that lasts too long can easily send chills down your spine. So one can only imagine that Halloween costumes of Damien Leone’s famous character should have the same effect. A TikTok the user’s costume definitely didn’t get that concept, with one comment saying the fashion doesn’t scream “traumatized” anymore than More frightening as you can see below:

As the TikTok user’s caption says, they paid $65 for that costume, so I’m very curious to see where the costume came from. While the classic black and white clown costume is good, I’m more distracted by the hanging mask with a few blood splatters. It looks like a melting face without eyes!
I doubt many homes will be scared to see this Trick or Treater knocking on their door. As you can imagine, the internet had plenty to say about the Art the Clown costume, with @l1snt_ reacting to this failure differently than what the costume probably intended:
This isn’t scary, this is traumatizing
I can understand that since you don’t want to look at the costume for so long, but I feel more disturbed than scared. The More frightening movies are already known for make the audience vomit with them exaggerated death scenes. However, I highly doubt anyone will lose their lunch seeing this costume. @Aaron’s reaction to that costume attempt is similar to what we all feel when we watch it:
That’s not fear, that’s terrified😂
Indeed, the costume looks as traumatized as Art the Clown’s victims, compared to the danger behind the slasher maneuvers. Even the the popcorn bucket from the third film is scarier than this costume. At the same time, this doesn’t mean that spectators won’t be able to see this Art the Clown costume attempt anymore. If I found out that the mask I bought was an epic fail, I think I’d be the type to find myself a simple YouTube makeup tutorial from Art the Clown. @at_shix509 compared this Halloween costume to a toy that completely changes my thinking:
Bro got the funko pop version
Believe it or not, an Art the Clown Funko Pop actually exists! figure out Scarer 2. But even that bloody figure still looks gruesome with that evil wide-eyed grin while drenched in blood. It appears the TikTok user’s costume is a toned-down version of the maniacal clown. @trustmichi_ had a funny comment about the TikTok user’s costume:
Does it have an allergic reaction?.. [shock]
I wouldn’t be surprised if the guy in the costume had an allergic reaction since he looks pretty sick. It certainly doesn’t look like he’s in the mood to wreak havoc. @Fygo. has a similar answer:
Bro’s not in the mood
It looks like local residents will see a faded Art the Clown fail with this $65 costume. Amazingly, the More frightening movies are such a hit that Art the Clown is considered costume-worthy this Halloween. All it took was headlines from the franchise’s second film making people throw up to draw in a large audience. Spooky Season was the perfect time to release more. vomit-inducing scenes for the third filmit is no surprise that the slasher film dominates the box office. Unlike that TikTok user’s costume, at least you know you’re watching Scarer 3 that the The blood level will not be diluted and you are assured of a good scare.
A TikTok user’s failed costume that left social media users “traumatized” instead of “terrifying” means we’ll have to try on costumes in store or ask for our money back if it doesn’t match the image that came with it. If you’re brave enough to see the real thing in theaters, then the 2024 film release by Terrier 3 is now soaking up blood, sweat and tears in the theaters.
